Terms and Conditions
Delivery Days: Monday 4th, Tuesday 5th, or Wednesday 6th October - No later than.
Exhibition Launches: Friday 8th October
Exhibition ends: Saturday 30th October
Location: The Incubator Gallery
Pricing of Work: Please price allowing for your pin cost and 20% commission + GST. Pins do not have to be for sale.
Entry Fee : Please pay your participation fee of $50 - this includes 1 bowling pin. Additional bowling pins are available for an extra $25 per pin - 3 pin maximum.
Collection of pin: You may collect your pin from the Incubator only after registering and paying your fee online . No cash payments please. Eftpos is available.
Payment: After completing your online entry 'Stage 1', click on the payment button to be referred to payment process.
A 'ticket' will be sent to you via email as proof of your entry fee.
No shipping: Please note that due to weight of the pins we cannot ship or post to participants.
Pick up of unsold & Purchased work will be Monday Nov 1st - Nov 6th.
All sold works must stay for duration for the exhibition
No refunds for incomplete pins or run out of time!
The Artwork must be of a good standard and can be stripped of plastic, carved or modified but must resemble a bowling pin.
Please no total reconstructions as to affect the theme of the show.
Please no participants under 14 years.
Please prepare all painted Pins with a rough sand /prime to get a good tooth on your surface.
You will be provided a robust ring hook to screw into the top of your pin ready for hanging - all pins must be hung from the top of the pin.
Every pin must have a swing tag attached with artist name, title, and price of work.
The pins are in various conditions you can choose which one you like.
Registration fee is for 1 pin. Additional bowling pins are available for an extra $25 per pin (3 pin maximum) and are to be paid for at time of pickup.
