ARTIST REGISTRATION FOR THE B-SIDE EXHIBITION

The Exhibition itself will open at 10am on Friday 23rd February 2024 and runs until 9th March 2024

You will have to register once per art work. -  Each entry @ $5

B-Side Exhibition 2024

Criteria for Artist Registrations:

• Register: No later than Tuesday 20th February.
• Registration Fee: $5 per artwork, must be paid in advance or it will not be accepted into the show.
• Commission will be charged at 25% + GST so please ensure your retail price includes this.
• Unlimited Registrations.  
• Every entry needs to be submitted separately  (when you register you will be issued a "ticket").  
• All artwork must be submitted on a 12 inch vinyl record painted on ONE side only 
• No free standing works - all pieces will be wall hung.
• We will be hanging the work, so no hanging equipment is necessary, unless your work is particularly heavy in which case we won't be responsible unless you use sufficient hanging method.
• All works must be delivered prior to the  21st February only.
• Each artwork must have a swing tag attached with the Artist's name and the title of the work and price.
• All insurance of works on our site are the responsibility of the artist and we are not responsible for damage or loss.
• We will not be shipping/returning any unsold works.  Unsold works must be collected in person after the 10th March 2024 and prior to the 16th March 2024
• Please note that there is no opening event for this exhibition as it is a feature exhibition as part of the 2024 Tauranga Fringe Festival
