Join us for some Monday Mindfulness and enjoy some extra special quality time with your kids these school holidays.

Join your coach Manuela in the beautiful surrounds of The Jam Factory where you and your family can share in a journey of mindfulness, meditation and breathing, through fun learning, games, movement and craft! All which will guide you to a happy place which your kids and whole family can draw on anywhere and anytime.

Monday, 22nd January 10am - 12pm The Jam Factory $60 for one child and their grown-up(s) $80 for two children and their grown-up(s) Ages 5 - 12, plus grownups

All craft materials supplied. Families must bring yoga mats, blankets, pillow and optional stuffed animal.
