About the event
In this Chinese tea ceremony, we will taste three types of tea from China: jasmine tea, Oolong tea, and Pu-erh. Through the tasting notes, we will experience the distinct flavors and characteristics of each tea, gain insight into the cultural experience of the Chinese Tea Ceremony, and ultimately encounter the Zen concept that "Zen is Tea" through the practice of tea meditation.
