FEB gathering for the Committed team!

Welcome back to everyone! We hope you had such a wonderful holiday break and are feeling excited and fresh about 2024! We want to start the year off with a Committed Meeting in the Incubator Gallery with our lovely host Kim Fifield doing a collage workshop! 

Kim is a visual artist with a focus on eco-art who resides in Tauranga. Inspired by the movement towards sustainability, she strives to bring awareness to the importance, and the potential of repurposing and utilising alternative eco-friendly materials. Kim is one of our Resident Artists located in Villa Studios.

Last year we had all of the Incubator staff hosting their own gatherings, each time bringing some sort of activity or fun evening planned. This year we would love to get all of our Resident Artists involved by having them host their own chosen activities (either related to their art forms or not). Kim currently has an exhibition in the Incubator Gallery so we thought it would be great timing for her to kick us off! Feel free to bring your own refreshments, a plus one and to our Resident Artists - get thinking about what activity you want to host at a meeting coming up! 

You will note that this is on a Tuesday night instead of a Monday this year - that's how we will roll from now on,  so more people can attend! Instead of the first Monday night of the month it will be the first Tuesday night every month.
