Hot Machine Session

Got some mending to do? Need to whip up something nice for that meeting? Or, just want to get to know a sewing machine a bit better? Come and hang out in our colourful and crafty Social Fabric Sewing Room. We have 8 domestic machines available, two overlockers and all the basic resources you'll need to sew up a storm!

$20 for a three hour session (minimum charge) Sessions are only available week days, 9 - 5pm.

Hot Machiners need to provide their own threads and any resources specific to their project e.g. buttons, interfacing, binding. These sessions are self directed with no tutor guidance so previous experience on sew machines is required. The booker is responsible for leaving the space and wheel as they found it. They are also responsible for any resources that are lost or broken during their session.
