Join Alice Sea for a playful and immersive kids dance party inspired by the somatic dance wave format.
Beginning with gentle grounding music, the journey gradually builds into rhythm games, imaginative movement, dress-ups, circus-inspired fun, and expressive dance explorations inspired by animals and different themes.
The session then winds down with calming live music and sound healing, featuring live flute, harp, vocals, and soothing soundscapes to help children relax and feel grounded.
