About the event
In her artmaking, Isabelle draws inspiration from chains of association, emotional experiences, and dreams. These elements form the starting point for the visual storytelling in her surrealist paintings. For this exhibition, she has created a powerful body of work inspired by snapshots of ideas collected over recent years—a personal archive of moments translated into compelling imagery.
Commenting on a recent achievement, Isabelle shared an insight into her creative journey: “Two years ago I experienced life at its uttermost stillness and then won an award at the Emerging Artist Awards 2025, the theme of which was 'Life out Loud'. Wow, what a turnaround! My work ‘Leap of Faith’ was selected for the Adison Award.”
