Tom Cunliffe writes folk songs like short films; vivid, offbeat, and full of heart. Based in Aotearoa, New Zealand, he crafts lyrical worlds, with a guitar tuned sideways and a voice that balances gravity with joy. “An artist hitting his stride,” (Graham Reid), Cunliffe has released three critically acclaimed albums over the past decade and played to sold out crowds around the country.
