Come along to the Historic Village and celebrate our wonderful older people with a day of

intergenerational activities and events. This event is part of a week long celebration of our

vital and vibrant seniors YOUNG AT HEART in collaboration with Tauranga City Council.
Village Vibes is an event presented by the Incubator Creative Hub to celebrate our older people,

and younger, during the school holidays.
A day of collaboration with the amazing Village People and organisations with live music including a Barber shop quartet, the sprightly Jack Dusty's Ukulele group and more.
Visit five extraordinary art exhibitions in our galleries including an age defying ceramic exhibtion in the Pothouse Gallery by over 65's, a film screening in the Village Cinema, a display of Tivaevae cook island quilting, the roaming Urban sketchers, photograph portraits, ad pastel portraits sessions for seniors, special village deals and so much more.
There will be a free morning tea for seniors, workshops, demonstrations and open days to visit the great spaces homed in the Historic Village.
10am to 3pm.  Everyone welcome.
