Little Rats and Friends Pop Up Gallery
We are proud to present an exhibition of original artwork by three senior school students: Sienna Burns, Alyssia Austwick and Meadow Maharey. Supported by Vicki Burns a well renowned local artist, who will be sharing her amazing mahi as well.

About the event
This selection of artwork will be for sale over the summer holidays, and will be run and hosted full time by the students themselves; to raise funds for their future studies. Come in and engage these amazing young artists in a conversation about their work.
Sienna’s Oil pastel drawings of stylised people and various animals, such as rats and cats will delight and entertain you. She has also created clay trays and will be displaying her original art on limited edition t-shirts. For a little whimsy she has on hand crochet worry worms to help you with those Xmas blues.
Alyssia has produced realistic paintings of bugs and butterflies. With Meadow presenting beautiful watercolour paintings. Vicki will be presenting us with a selection of woven flax kete.
On display in The People's Gallery - Toi ka rere from 22nd of December to the 14th January 2024. Open 10am-3pm
