Ōtūmoetai College Juniors And NZ China Friendship Society Schools' Art Exhibition

Ōtūmoetai College Juniors' Art Exhibition: The exhibition is a celebration of artwork created by the Year 9 and 10 students of Ōtūmoetai College Junior Art Exhibition. The students have produced a range of mediums from drawing, painting, printmaking, sculpture and digital art. The artworks follow a theme inspired by the conventions that established artists follow. The Ōtūmoetai College are extremely proud to share these amazing artworks and hope you enjoy the exhibition!

NZ China Friendship Society School Competition Winners: An amazing display of Primary and Intermediate School Children's art from the greater Tauranga area. The art displayed are award winning entries from a local competition held at Tauranga Intermediate. The New Zealand China Friendship Society hold this competition during National Chinese Language Week every September. The entries cover two types of portfolios a Research Project about China on 1500 x 90 display card, and Chinese Calligraphy on A3 Card.

Opening preview Friday 13th October, 5:30-7pm. Everyone welcome. On display in The People's Gallery - Toi ka rere from 14th October to the 4th November 2023. Open 10am-3pm Monday to Saturday.
