New Trustees wanted at the Incubator Creative Hub
Want to be part of this exciting arts organisation and use your skills to benefit grassroots art and culture in our region?
As a trustee you will be responsible for the effective governance of the Incubator and will be considering for example strategy, financial sustainability and policy development.
This volunteer position will see you attend board meetings and potentially part of a subcommittees working on projects such as strategic issues, funding options or utilising your networks to support the ongoing work of the Incubator.

The Incubator Creative Hub Board of Trustees - Position description
Reports to: Chair of the Board
Responsible for: Effective governance of the organisation
An interest in creativity and an understanding of how arts and culture contribute to communities.
Relationships and networks in the wider business and/or art and culture sector
Visionary and strategic thinking
Governance experience or willing to upskill
Understanding or experience of not for profit governance
Ability to work collaboratively and for the interest of The Incubator Creative Hub
Understanding of local government environment and public accountability
Effective communication skills and negotiation skills
The Incubator Creative Hub is a Charitable Trust.
Board meetings are monthly or bimonthly on the last Friday 12-1.30 pm at the Incubator in the Historic Village.
